Hello!
I’m a UCC pastor who served churches for over twenty years in Maine, New York and Virginia. I moved back home to Antelope County, where I was born and raised, fall of 2015 to raise cattle and was called to be the part-time pastor of Peace Church fall of 2020.
My calling to the ministry came as a child. I preached to my father’s cows, a fence post as my pulpit. I received my Master’s of Divinity from Bangor Theological Seminary and my Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew University. While those degrees gave me the credentials to become ordained in the United Church of Christ and expanded my understanding of the Bible, I’ve learned that they are far less important than the relationships I have formed along the way. People are the heart of ministry and I’m overwhelmed with the love I’ve found at Peace UCC.
